    Having received an inheritance we decided to invest in a flat in Cardiff. We looked first on Rightmove and found a good possibility, so rang Darlows to arrange a viewing. Emma Jones answered the phone and when we explained our plan she was most helpful and efficient, immediately suggesting a second flat we might be interested in. Within three days we had viewed three flats in a single afternoon, made an offer on one, and had it accepted. The whole process was made very easy by Emma's expert knowledge of the Cardiff property market. She was able to advise on both property purchase and the rental potential of different properties, so we were able to buy the right flat for our purpose.     Quite simply Mission Impossible. In the space of 5 weeks Charlotte Wainwright worked relentlessly to get me from agreeing upon a mortgage in principle, to completing on my new house.
